C-wallet cannot topup at the moment.

C-wallet can use for all General Merchandize (GM) products except Gold/Silver, E-ticket/E-Vouchers, Top-ups, Bill payments, Insurance, and NonGMStores.

C-wallet is a store credit only. You can use the store credit as payment for your purchase. However, it’s not withdrawable.

You can check on “Me >MyOrders > Make Payment > Pay Now”.

You can request cancel the order with condition the status still “Pending” or “Payment Accepted”, If status already change to “Pending For Pick Up” or “Pending Drop Off” Or ‘’Ship’ the cancellation...
